Detailed data
MPC4 200-510-071-113 Vibration machinery protection card
Product features:
-The MPC4 Mechanical Protection Card is the core component of the Mechanical Protection System (MPS). This highly feature-rich card can simultaneously measure and monitor up to four dynamic signal inputs and up to two velocity inputs.
-The dynamic signal input is fully programmable and can accept signals representing acceleration, velocity and displacement (proximity), among others. Onboard multi-channel processing allows measurement of a wide range of physical parameters, including relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, absolute and differential case expansion, displacement and dynamic pressure.
-Digital processing includes digital filtering, integration or differentiation (if required), rectification (RMS, average, true peak or true peak-to-peak), order tracking (amplitude and phase) and sensor-target gap measurement.
-Supports multiple types of sensors such as accelerometers, velocity sensors, displacement sensors, etc. to meet the vibration measurement needs of different application scenarios.
-Simultaneously measures multiple vibration channels, so that the vibration conditions of different devices or different vibration trends can be monitored, allowing users to have a more comprehensive understanding of the vibration status of the equipment.
-Supports various vibration signal detection from low frequency to high frequency, which can effectively capture abnormal vibration signals and provide richer data information for equipment fault diagnosis.
-Provides high-precision vibration data and has high-resolution vibration signal measurement capabilities to ensure the accuracy of measurement data, which helps to more accurately analyze the operating status of the equipment.
-The speed (tachometer) input accepts signals from a wide range of speed sensors, including systems based on proximity probes, magnetic pulse pickup sensors or TTL signals. Fractional tachometer ratios are also supported.
-Configurations can be expressed in either metric or imperial units. Alarm and hazard set points are fully programmable, as are alarm time delays, hysteresis and latching. Alarm and hazard levels can also be adjusted based on speed or any external information.
-Each alarm level has an internal digital output (on the corresponding IOC4T input/output card). These alarm signals can drive four local relays on the IOC4T card and/or can be routed using the rack's raw bus or open collector (OC) bus to drive relays on optional relay cards such as the RLC16 or IRC4.
