Detailed data
IMDSI23 48 VDC Digital Input Module ABB
The IMASI23 analog input module is a Harmony rack I/O module that is part of the Symphony enterprise management and control system. It has 16 analog input channels that connect isolated thermocouple, millivolt, RTD, and high level analog signals to the controller with 24-bit analog to digital conversion resolution. Each channel has its own analog to digital converter that can be independently configured to handle the required input type. These analog inputs are used by the controller to monitor and control the process. The IMASI23 module is a direct replacement for the IMASI03 or IMASI13 modules with only minor modifications.
Changes to specification S11 in function code 216 are required to handle the difference in resolution selection. Power supply sizing calculations and system current requirements may need to be verified due to the change in power consumption.
Product Features:
-The IMDIS23 module can accurately receive 48VDC digital input signals.
-It has good compatibility and can be seamlessly connected and work with other ABB products and different control systems. For example, the IMASI23 ABB analog input module has 16 channels, LED status indicators for each channel, and a detachable terminal block for easy installation and maintenance. The IMDIS23 module may also have similar convenient installation and maintenance features.
-In addition, it may have high reliability and stability, and can operate stably for a long time in various complex industrial environments, providing reliable digital input signals for industrial automation and control systems.
As a digital input module, the ABB IMDIS23 module is suitable for a variety of industrial scenarios.
In the field of industrial automation, it can be used for monitoring and controlling various production lines, such as automobile manufacturing, electronic product manufacturing and other industries. In the power industry, it can be used for monitoring and controlling substations, receiving various digital signal feedback, and ensuring the stable operation of the power system. In the chemical industry, it can be used for parameter monitoring and control in the chemical production process, such as the input of temperature, pressure, flow and other signals.
