Eddy Current Measurement Principle:
The sensor detects displacement, position, or vibration by measuring changes in the inductance caused by the proximity of a conductive material. When the sensor moves closer or farther from the target, it changes the induced eddy currents, which are then converted into a measurable signal.
Applications:
EPRO PR6426 series, larger than the PR6424, is typically used for:
Large machinery where displacement or vibration measurement is critical.
Rotating or moving parts in industrial equipment.
Precision measurements in the automotive, aerospace and heavy machinery sectors.
Non-contact measurements of distance, displacement and position in environments with high temperatures, vibration or contamination.
